you mentioned landlords and Tenants, but does these rules apply to condo’s and their Associations that do not allow pets?

We have been working on this for a couple years and realize it is like banging your head into a wall.
My question is the Drs note. How can you require a real note from a real Dr as apposed to a note ferom an online Dr that obviously has not seen the person with the condition.
