Ranking Median Salaries and Income of Real Estate Jobs
We compiled a list of the median salaries for various real estate jobs and ranked them. Salaries can always go higher than what are shown here, but this gives you a good idea of what you can expect your salary to be earlier in your career. The list is not completely comprehensive and your exact job position may not be listed. Most real estate job salaries range between $30,000 and $60,000. Once you have acquired a significant leadership position you start making more.
One of the best things about real estate careers is the diversity of what you can do. If you have experience in real estate, it’s easy to transfer between multiple starting job positions at a respectable salary. For example, it’s very common for property managers to become real estate agents and visa-versa.
Many real estate jobs also don’t require a specific degree to do well in the field. Getting certifications is always encouraged. Fields such as being a real estate broker does require certification. Other fields simply require that you have more general real estate experience before you’re able to apply.
